(APOLOGIES FOR CROSS POSTINGS)
Today's the Day! Thursday, May 20th, 2010
The 2nd Annual Entrepreneurship research Exemplars Conference begins this evening with a Keynote Address by Tom Lumpkin.
We hope that you plan to join us by registering for Distance Participation. (Instructions for access and additional details below).
Hi Colleagues:
To access the webcast is a very easy process:
First, anyone interested in registering to view the conference should visit http://ccei.business.uconn.edu/Exemplars.
In the section entitled 'Registration for Distance Participants', there is a link (in red bold font) that says 'CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM'. This link brings you to the registration page, that asks for some very basic information.
Second, once you, as a distance participant, hit 'submit', your name/email is added to our database, and the Conference staff will then send out an email containing the link to the live webstreaming page on the day of the conference.
REPEAT OF DETAILS:
Here are the details from prior emails:

(See all 2009 webcasts plus 2010 information at (http://ccei.business.uconn.edu/Exemplars.)
WHY: To continue the conversation begun at the 2009 Conference with editors, authors, and exemplars about how every scholar who wants to, can engage in top-tier entrepreneurship research.
HOW: Expanding from the 'enabling' theme of last year's conference, this year's themes will include:
** Enduring Themes: Discussion of foundational works in the field from those who created them, including IDEA Foundational Paper award winners - leading for research excellence;
** Enabling Themes: Editor-author sessions PLUS several ENT Division 'Mentor Award' winners from the past few years - coaching for excellent scholar development;
** Emerging Themes: A reflection on the trends and what's hot, from the editors of three major ENT journals PLUS selected winners and nominees for the 'Research Promise' IDEA Awards - anticipating excellence for the ENT research future,
and
** Engaging Themes: A vision for the future from those who got us here PLUS selected winners and nominees for the 'Thought Leader' IDEA Awards - demonstrating excellence for pathways to follow.
