Hello Everyone,
Thanks to all of you, who have sent in suggestions about student micro-business projects. We are up and running here at the Brock School with our first iteration of this initiative, and we have students starting businesses ranging from events management to mobile car detailing. We even have one that plans to sell items to benefit Haitian relief (a nascent social entrepreneur?).
I have compiled many of the responses and resources that some of you contributed as well as the handout we give our students. Because attachments are not allowed on the ENTREP listserve, I have posted these on my website, http://faculty.samford.edu/~ftlohrke, in the "Recent Service" section under the link, "Microbusiness Resources."
Thanks to all who contributed and a special thanks to Jeff Pollack at U. of Richmond for providing his course syllabus.
Best regards,
Franz Lohrke
