On behalf of the Eastern Academy of Management, it is my privilege to invite submissions for our 47th Annual Conference, May 12-15, 2010, in Portland, ME. The conference theme of Global Mindsets for Global Organizations: Strategies, Models and Tools acknowledges the shifting global landscape our organizations face. It challenges us to think in new ways, to lead and manage with new mindsets and alter our definitions of individual performance and organizational effectiveness - how will we face this new "earthrising"? Come join us in Portland, ME and share your models, mindsets, strategies and tools for the new landscape.

Local Arrangements VP John Voyer and his team are hard at work to create an enjoyable conference experience for all of us.
