http://www.dyson.cornell.edu/about/open_positions.php Qualifications A Ph.D. in economics or management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship or a closely related field is required. Applicants are expected to have strong training in econometrics and quantitative methods.
Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate is expected to establish a distinguished program of research (50%) and teaching (50%) in the economics and management of entrepreneurial activities. Potential areas of research focus include but are not limited to small business management, high-tech venturing, academic entrepreneurship, "green" entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial strategy, entrepreneurial marketing, entrepreneurship and economic development, commercialization and technology transfer, or entrepreneurial leadership. It is expected that the candidate will teach two undergraduate and/or graduate courses in entrepreneurship or related areas during the first three-year appointment, adding a third course after reappointment following the third year. The successful candidate will be expected to advise MS and PhD thesis research, and to advise undergraduates. See more at
