Nancy Koehn Brand New - six quite in-depth cases on start-up and then growth and maturity. Best of luck.
I think Katz & Green is the best that I have seen for this topic. The title is Entrepreneurial Small Business. Good luck.

I'm scheduled to teach a class that is meant to focus on the management of a new and growing venture. Most of the entrepreneurship textbooks I am familiar with dwell more on early-stage activities than I would like for this particular class (opportunity evaluation, business plans, etc.). I would like a book that focuses more on what to do with a venture that is already up and running. Can anyone recommend a book that does this?
Thanks much,
Dan
