(Apologies for cross-posting) QUEEN'S SCHOOL OF BUSINESS is inviting applications for a tenure track position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor levels). Members of the Queen's School of Business Organizational Behavior Group are widely acknowledged as leaders in areas of research such as organizational alliances, conflict and negotiations, team dynamics, cross-cultural management, institutional change, occupational health, leadership, and work-family issues. Some of our interests include trust in organizations, transformational leadership, well-being, safety, workplace diversity, the social context of collaboration, organizational culture, traditions and institutions, social enterprise, employee deviance and harassment, as well as claiming and using credits at work. Our faculty are members of prominent editorial boards (e.g., Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal), current or past editors/senior editors of major journals (e.g., Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science), and authors of leading textbooks (e.g., International Management Behavior, Negotiation, Handbook of Organizational Behavior and Handbook of Work Stress). The School has a Research Pool designed to give students first hand exposure to current behavioral research, and is administered through a website where researchers can post their studies and students can sign-up. QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must have a PhD (or be near completion). Applicants must exhibit (or show potential for) high innovative scholarly research and for outstanding teaching contributions in support of the School's various programs. COMPENSATION:Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
