My Name is Phyllis Rhodes. As a requirement towards the fulfillment of my
doctoral degree I am conducting a study entitled “A Study of Cognitive
Moral Development Theory and Moral Maturity of Accounting & Finance
Professionals”. The purpose of this study is to determine what impact
age, gender, and formal ethics training may have on the Stages of
Cognitive Moral Development and ethical-decision making among finance
professionals.
A few weeks ago I sent out a survey requesting voluntary participation in
my study. I want to thank those of you have already taken the survey and
