    *With apologies for cross-postings*

We'd like to invite you to our symposium (sponsored by BPS) entitled:  "Entrepreneurial Actions within Networks" on Tuesday, Aug 11th at 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM @ Hyatt Regency Chicago in the Acapulco room.

Although entrepreneurial networking lies at the core of social network theory and the success of young organizations, there is surprisingly limited prior literature articulating the actions by which entrepreneurs develop their networks, the efficacy of those actions, and the unintended consequences. This symposium brings together recent work examining the distinct, albeit possibly compatible, approaches to theorizing about entrepreneurial action within networks.
