Dr. Jerry Katz sent a question to me yesterday concerning how his name ended up in the subject line of the last clarification I sent. I think that was my mistake and I have no explanation except an apology. Jerry did not refer Ochtel and has not endorsed his book.
Hopefully, this will be the last you hear on this topic.
