**With minor, surface-level apologies for cross-posting**
Dear Entrepreneurship Scholars,
If you've developed an innovative way to teach your management courses (or even just a section within your courses), the Southern Management Association would like to cordially invite you to submit a short, 2,000-word write-up of your technique(s) to be considered for inclusion in the 2014 SMA Annual Meeting program. The goal of the Innovative Teaching track is simple: We want to showcase best practices in teaching and curricular design, with the aim of helping our members become better educators. Last year's inaugural program was strong and well-received, so with your help we expect this year's program to be even stronger.
If you're still on the fence, please note that this year's annual meeting will be held in Savannah, GA (November 11th – 15th; avg. temp is 60 degrees for you northern folks). Savannah's known for its vibrant history, top-notch cuisine (not exactly "low fat", though), and overall fun atmosphere (especially when a bunch of management professors invade!). It'll be a good time.
For more info on the submission guidelines, general annual meeting info, or other relevant topics, check out the SMA Annual Meeting website: http://southernmanagement.org/meetings/2014/. Alternatively, you can send me a direct note and I'll do my best to answer your question. Please feel free to share this call with our other related disciplines.
Kindly,
Brad Harris
