Greetings fellow ENT division members! As the incoming VP of Member Services for USASBE, I hope to improve the resources available to you and other entrepreneurship educators. As you may know there are several valuable resources available to you via the USASBE website. For example, these include: -More than 30 innovative teaching practices -Syllabus exchange for a wide variety of entrepreneurship courses -A video library of keynote speakers at USASBE 2008 and 2009 coming soon -A career center for job seekers and employers While these are valuable, we are only scratching the surface. We want to be "the place" for entrepreneurship educators to get the tools they need. I ask you to consider what additional resources we can make available on the website to support entrepreneurship education. What would better enable you, and your peers, to deliver the best entrepreneurship education possible? Please send your ideas or "wish list" to me at matt.marvel@wku.edu. Help me—help you. I appreciate any and all ideas. Kind regards, Matt Matthew R. Matt,

All my experience suggests that entrepreneurship students are unaware of the perilous journey a "novel idea" takes to maybe become a valuable enterprise. This has been my career space for many decades. For a flavor of what I am talking about, you may find interesting a post – "Life Stages of a Novel Idea" - on The Proof of Concept Institutes blog – www.pocmanagers.blogspot.com

Let's discuss more as the Institute has many charts, idea screening guides, etc.
