The Family Enterprise Research Conference (FERC) is very pleased to announce an
exciting new opportunity for doctoral students interested in family business
research:
The 2009 FERC Doctoral Scholarships, sponsored by Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA)
Ann Kinkade, President of Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA) has generously donated
funding to support 5 awards of US $500 each to doctoral students for outstanding
family business research submitted to FERC. To participate in this award
competition, student authors should be currently enrolled in a doctoral program
at a recognized university. Interested doctoral students are invited to submit a
1-page, 3-page or full-length paper to the FERC submission process per the Call
for Papers with the student indicating that they wish their submission to be
considered for a FERC Doctoral Scholarship. For complete details, please see
the attached terms. The submission deadline has been extended until Feb. 10 for
submissions.
Submissions to the Family Enterprise Research Conference are coming in at a
rapid pace. We look forward to receiving your submission and seeing you in
