It's time to register for our ENT Social Event at the AOM 2014 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia! This important opportunity for networking and fun will be held at the National Constitution Center. The National Constitution Center is within easy walking distance of the conference hotels.

Last year's social was completely sold out several weeks in advance and we anticipate that this will be the case this year. Please notice that no registration will be taken after July 28 or at the venue.

                     You must first be registered for the AOM conference before you can sign up for the event.

                     You will be able to purchase up to 5 tickets for the event under one registration

Cost:              60 USD per person for early registration (before July 10)

                     70 USD from July 10 to July 28

                     Please notice that no registration will be taken after July 28 or at the venue.

Registration will be closed at 350 guests, even if that limit is reached prior to July 28 deadline.
