    Job Description:

    The Business Administration Department at the Nanjing University Business School invites applications to fill two tenure track positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate professor in the following disciplines: Strategic Management, Organization Theory, Entrepreneurship, and International Business.     Job Requirement:

    The basic qualifications include: a Ph.D. degree (or in the final stage of dissertation work), strong interest and capacity in conducting high-quality scholarly research (high quality publications for candidates at the associate professor rank), and evidence of teaching effectiveness.

    Tenure track faculty's primary responsibility is research, which typically includes publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals. Tenure track faculty are also expected to contribute to the teaching and service missions of the University. The research, teaching and service expectations will be described in the appointment letter and will serve as criteria for reappointment and promotion.

Please include your curriculum vitae, a statement of research and teaching interests, two letters of recommendation, research samples such as published or working papers, and evidence of teaching effectiveness if available.

    Review of candidates will begin as soon as the applications are received. We will conduct interviews at the 2014 AOM Annual Meetings with candidates on the shortlist, some of whom will be invited for a campus visit at our school.
