You just received two almost identical messages from me with the subject line "IMPORTANT! About finalizing your ENT Division submission for AoM 2009"
In the correct version the closing time information reads as follows:
"The website will be open for corrections until approximately Friday 16, 9 am, EST. For new submissions the website closes strictly on Thursday 15, 5 pm."
