Dear colleague,
As Program Chair I know many of you are frantically finalizing your submissions right now, or just (think you have) done so. Unfortunately, in the rush to complete the submission many of you fail to follow some of the submission guidelines, which causes delays, extra work and may make it impossible to accept your submission.
BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR SUBMISSION, please make sure the below guidelines are followed. Especially note the following: 1) Remove all author identifying information; 2) Use Times Roman 12 pt, double spaced: 3) Do not exceed the 40 page limit (minor excess accepted): 4) Insert page numbers; 3) put the submission ID in the header. Following these simple rules will make the check-in and reviewer assignment tasks much less time consuming.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED: Please re-check your submission and upload a corrected version if you failed to follow any of the guidelines on the first attempt.
The website will be open for corrections until approximately Friday 16, 9 am, EST. For new submissions the website closes strictly on Thursday 15, 5 pm.
Below please find, again, the guidelines, this time exactly as they appear when you try to upload a paper.
To facilitate the blind review process, please REMOVE ALL AUTHOR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, including acknowledgments, from within the text of the uploaded document.
- The entire paper (title page, abstract, main text, figures, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document created in Microsoft Word compatible format.
- The maximum length of the paper is 40 pages (including all tables, appendices and references.)
- The paper format should follow the Academy of Management Journal's Style Guide.
- Use <u1:personname u2:st="on"><st1:personname w:st="on">Tim</st1:personname></u1:personname>es New Roman 12-pitch font, double spaced, and 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around.
- Be sure to number all of the pages of the paper.
- Make sure that the file or document uploaded is virus-free prior to submitting.
- After uploading the document, it will be automatically converted to Adobe PDF format. Please make sure that the content of the paper appears and prints correctly as you intended after it has been converted.
IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS A PDW OR A SYMPOSIUM, PLEASE CONSULT THE RESPECTIVE GUIDELINES FOR SUCH SUBMISSIONS.
Thanks for your assistance in facilitating this process, Apologies for the late reminder.
Regards,
Per
