    Dear Colleagues:

We invite you to attend our PDW that will present the 'state-of-the-art' in Technology Business Incubation (TBI) mechanisms highlighting key areas of research and assessing their effectiveness for innovative entrepreneurial development in a region. A key objective of this PDW is to stimulate collaboration among Academy scholars by examining some exemplary contributions that integrate knowledge from the study of worldwide incubation movement. We believe that placing incubation theory and experimental learning at the center in entrepreneurship research has profound economic development implications. We have assembled a number of experienced scholars and researchers who will lead the discourse and provide a stimulating environment to examine and discuss a number of issues related to the field in an academic setting.
