Are there redundant constructs in our field?

    Greetings Entrepreneurship scholars,

Recent years have witnessed many new constructs being proposed in
Entrepreneurship and, more broadly, Management research. While we
highly appreciate the creativity involved in the new construct
development, we also wonder if some unfortunate redundancy has been
    introduced.

In order to gain some perspective on whether Leadership scholars have
encountered redundant constructs in the field, we have prepared a very
brief survey to get your opinion on the issue.

Your thoughts will contribute to the conversation about this issue
    within the academy of management.

Please click the link below or paste it into your browser to access the survey.
