    Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to submit a paper to Corporate Governance track that will take place at EURAM <st1:metricconverter w:st="on" productid="2009 in">2009 in</st1:metricconverter> Liverpool

Following the tradition, the call for papers invites governance scholars to submit papers related to corporate governance by:

    - adopting different theoretical lenses: agency, stewardship, institutional, etc.

    - using different research methods: case studies, large samples analysis, ethnography, etc.

    - covering different topics: governance systems, board of directors, top management & directors' compensation, ownership structures, codes of good governance, etc.

    - analyzing different companies: public companies, family firms, co-operatives, state-owned companies, banks, non-profit organizations, etc.

    - exploring corporate governance in different countries, including corporate governance in Eastern Europe, countries in transition, etc.

This year we also have four subtracks which are:

Leading European and international scholars will join us as invited guest speakers. The corporate governance track and the sub-tracks will be organized along parallel full paper sessions and interactive roundtables.
