FYI, Some ENT members had difficulty finding the offsite events,
especially
the doctoral consortium and the reception. It is quite possible that
these
attendees had not preregistered, but the LAC had no information to
provide
the other than what was in the program.
You may want to consider having these onsite next year, or at least
putting
in a room number onsite where people can find you before the group
leaves
for the other venue.
