The Department of Management in the College of Business at The University of Texas at San Antonio seeks applicants for three tenure-track positions beginning Fall 2015. Preferred specializations are (1) Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management, (2) Strategic Management and (3) Entrepreneurship. The rank for the OB/HR and Strategic Management positions can be either Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. The rank for the Entrepreneurship position is Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate, master's and/or Ph.D. courses. Successful applicants must demonstrate high-quality scholarly research and publications and ability to teach general management courses as well as courses in the specialty area.
