What are we talking about?
ü The Ibero-American setting is full of managerial events and practices that drive not only economic development, but also, social advancement. These managerial practices and events are highly influenced by the cultural and historical background the Ibero-American community shares.
ü Let's share our knowledge and enhance our understanding of Ibero-American events in an organized and formal way. Now, is a good time to ask ourselves how research networks between/among scholars in Ibero-American countries could be formed and on which issues we should focus our efforts in (research lines).
ü On the other hand, it is also important to analyze the costs that this initiative would surely raise, as well as the dilemmas we will face while trying to share knowledge/publish our results (international standards). The latter, will definitely have an effect in Jr. Faculty and PhD students training programs, as well as on the research questions they ask and/or intend to answer (relevance).
