    The Opus College of Business at the <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">St. Thomas</st1:placename>, Minneapolis/St. Paul, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state w:st="on">Minnesota</st1:state></st1:place>, has tenure-track Management positions open at all academic ranks to begin Fall 2009.  Qualifications:  Doctorate preferred, ABD with a close completion date will be considered, in Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Management of Organizational Behavior, General Management, or a related field. 

     

    Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment to teaching excellence, a research stream commensurate with rank, and professional engagement.  The University of St.Thomas Opus College of Business is a dynamic college offering undergraduate and full-time and evening MBA programs, as well as specialized masters programs.  Preference will be given to candidates who blend academic credentials and professional experience in related management positions suitable to this mix of programs.  Experience or ability teaching Human Resources, Strategy, or Organizational Behavior courses is desired.
