    Dear colleagues,

    We are looking to hire in entrepreneurship -- at, depending, on experience, the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or (full) Professor. Please see the official announcement below. The application deadline is Monday, December 15.

    The Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, seeks applicants for an open-rank faculty position in clinical entrepreneurship. Candidates with a track record of research and/or scholarly contributions to entrepreneurship pedagogy are encouraged to apply.  The typical teaching load is four courses per year. This non-tenure-track, full-time appointment will start in August 2015.

    The Greif Center is among the nation's leaders in entrepreneurship education and research. Its faculty is a diverse mix of researchers and practitioners.  This year, our undergraduate entrepreneurship program was ranked #3 and our graduate program #9 by US News and World Report. The Greif Center is one of the organizers of the West Coast Entrepreneurship Research Symposium as well as the sponsor of the Greif Entrepreneurship Research Impact Award that is given out annually at the Academy of Management.

    Preferred qualifications include:
    ·         - Doctoral (or other terminal) degree, preferably with an entrepreneurship-related emphasis
    ·         - Superior communication and teaching skills, with demonstrated excellence in teaching entrepreneurship courses to undergraduate and/or MBA students
    ·         - Track record of scholarly contributions to the field of entrepreneurship (e.g., journal articles for academic or practitioner audiences, books, teaching cases or other pedagogical material)
    ·         - Practical work experience relevant for entrepreneurship (e.g., as founder, manager, or investor in start-ups or as a corporate entrepreneur)
     
    Salary and rank are dependent on qualifications, and contract length ranges from one to three years based on rank. Employee benefits for full-time faculty are excellent.
