    The Department of Management in the <st1:placetype w:st="on">College</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Business</st1:placename> at <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Florida</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype></st1:place> is currently recruiting for one tenure-track position at the Assistant/Associate level in Strategic Management/Entrepreneurship effective August, 2009.  An earned doctorate from an AACSB accredited institution is required.  The ideal candidate would have a demonstrated record of quality research and teaching effectiveness.  A desire to teach and work with doctoral students is essential.  Women and minorities are particularly encouraged to apply.

    <st1:placename w:st="on">Florida</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> is one of two flagship universities in the state of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state w:st="on">Florida</st1:state></st1:place>. We offer 94 Baccalaureate, 107 Master, and 73 Doctorate degree programs. The Florida State University College of Business was founded in 1950.     <st1:placename w:st="on">Florida</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype> is located in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tallahassee</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">Florida</st1:state></st1:place>. <st1:city w:st="on">Tallahassee</st1:city> is also home to the state capital and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Florida</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">A&M</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">University</st1:placetype></st1:place>. Rich in cultural diversity, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tallahassee</st1:city></st1:place> boasts more than 31 community established performing arts groups and, with two universities, it is difficult to find a day without a sporting event.
