    Dear AOM Members,

    The global economy has embarked upon the growth trajectory with a bang to usher in a new era of expansion and growth after bravely overcoming the onslaughts of the biggest recession in several decades. The world needs a new paradigm, new theories, concepts and strategies of management to succeed in the growth efforts. In this context, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, India (MNNIT) is pleased to announce  the International Conference on 'Advances in Management and Technology: Mapping Strengths with Opportunities' (ICAMT-15, Allahabad, India), which will be hosted by School of Management Studies (MNNIT) during January 29-31,2015.


    The conference shall provide a platform to researchers, academicians, students, corporates and policy makers to discuss, deliberate and resolve a growth path while identifying the strengths and correcting the weaknesses. Through this conference we attempt to look at the advances in management and technology that have helped the economic scenario resurge and/or which can be useful for the corporate, the policy maker and the strategist to map their strengths with the growth opportunities. The conference is broad in focus with special emphasis on economic recovery, growth and expansion.  We invite papers  from a broad range of disciplines including accounting, banking, commerce, economics, entrepreneurship, e-governance, finance, human resource, investment, information technology, manufacturing, marketing, operations, strategy, system, and technology.

    Location

    Allahabad is a beautiful city located on the confluence (Sangam) of three holy rivers: Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythological Saraswati. It is situated in the state of Uttar Pradesh, in the northern part of India.  Varanasi and Sarnath are the other nearby places of great historical significance and attraction for people from all around the world. Allahabad is well connected with flights, rail and road transport to other parts of India. Daily trains, buses and flights are available from major cities in India. Temperature varies from 9 to 25 °C during the month of January.

    Proceedings, Best Paper Award & Publication Opportunities

    All submissions will be processed through double blind review. Authors will be given an opportunity for revision. All accepted papers shall be published in a Proceeding form with an online access link. Selected papers shall be published in a book with ISBN No. There will be one Best Paper Award in every Track and two best proposals from Doctoral Colloquium on basis of marks awarded during the review process. The award includes certificate and cash prize.

    Doctoral Colloquium

    The Doctoral Colloquium of ICAMT-15 is intended to act as a forum wherein Ph.D. students get the opportunity to interact and present their work before peers, practitioners and experts.

    Eligibility: The research students who have completed two years of research leading to Ph. D. degree in the area of management or technology are eligible to participate.

    Procedure: The participants have to submit a research paper extracted from their research work on any of the broad themes of the Conference. It should be duly forwarded by the Supervisor. The paper may be conceptual/ empirical as per the progress of research work.
    Incentive for participation in both, Doctoral Colloquium and ICAMT-2015: Participants who register for both, Doctoral Colloquium and ICAMT are offered a discount of 15 percent on total registration fee.
