Strategy and Entrepreneurship Faculty

The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one or more tenure-track, or tenured faculty positions in the Strategy area, with research and teaching interest in a secondary area such as global strategy, sustainability or entrepreneurship, starting July 1, 2015. Successful candidates will have strong research skills and be expected to publish in top-tier academic journals.

The successful candidate will join a supportive strategy group that includes Richard Bettis, Chris Bingham, Venkat Kuppuswamy, Mahka Moeen, Atul Nerkar, Hugh O'Neill, Scott Rockart and Kristen Wilson. Other faculty in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship area include Jim Johnson, Jack Kasarda, Arvind Malhotra, and Al Segars. Chapel Hill and the Research Triangle area offer excellent opportunities and amenities for faculty and families. 

Positions require a Doctorate granted, or nearly completed in the academic field identified, or in a related field. Hired candidates with a Doctorate can anticipate an initial appointment of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Hired candidates with a Doctorate nearly completed can anticipate an initial appointment of Instructor. The successful candidate will be both a productive researcher, and a creative and effective teacher capable of contributing to the School's Undergraduate, MBA, Ph.D., and Executive Development Programs.
