I am working on an
research project that involves an assessment with a large number of
small
business entrepreneurs in Brazil to identify the most common
administrative
techniques or practices they use on a daily basis to take decisions and
run
their businesses.
Do any of you know
any previous similar research that could help me to identify what would
be these common practices? I refer to practices like: Goal settings,
Financial controls, Information search, extensive training, planning,
continuous
quality improvement and others. I need some reference to build both the
questionnaire tool and the theoretical support.
