Applications are invited for a tenure-track position in Entrepreneurship at Babson College (http://www.babson.edu). We are seeking candidates with a proven track record, presently holding the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.  The position requires a principal teaching and research focus in entrepreneurship including the ability to teach in one or more of the areas of general entrepreneurship, technology entrepreneurship, or family enterprising. Duties include research, teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels, and professional service within the College and community.

Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship (or related discipline), have demonstrated success in college teaching and a proven track record of publications primarily in entrepreneurship. Candidates who understand the interconnection between entrepreneurship and other management areas and bring a global perspective to their teaching and research are particularly welcome. Educational background in other fields besides entrepreneurship (i.e. engineering, biology, psychology, sociology, political science, international studies,  and liberal arts) or business disciplines (i.e. marketing, management, operations, information technology, and finance) is desirable. Candidates should be motivated and committed to Entrepreneurship research and teaching, and work experience in an entrepreneurial context is preferred. Experience teaching in a graduate program, executive education, international program, integrated or distance learning program is beneficial.  Babson offers an opportunity to develop or teach in Babson's rapidly expanding global activities. Candidates interested in global assignments, in particular in the Middle East, will be given higher consideration. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.  Salary is competitive but will depend on qualifications, entrepreneurial experience, and research record.
