2. NEW ASSOCIATE EDITOR:
ALLISON PEARSON (Mississippi State University) joins as the new Associate Editor for FBR as RITCH SORENSON (University of St. Thomas) completes a very successful term as FBRs AE. We welcome Allison to our team and thank Ritch for lending his wisdom and experiences to FBR. We are particularly grateful for his fine combination of high expectations in published work and gentle manner. His leadership in bringing us the September 2009 SI of FBR on Family Capital, Family Business, and Free Enterprise is noteworthy!
Allison's research interests span the areas of organizational behavior, teams and behavioral dynamics of family firms. Her research has been published in several top tier journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP), Journal of Organizational Behavior (JOB), Journal of Business Venturing (JBV), Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice (ETP), and Journal of Management (JOM). She has won numerous best paper awards, best reviewer award from Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, and has received many large grants for her research.
