Babson College is a breeding ground for entrepreneurs, and the Babson Forum on Entrepreneurship and Innovation is the highlight for students and entrepreneurs each year. The Babson Forum is the largest student-run event on Babson's campus and attracts 40 speakers and over 600 attendees each year. We have already brought together another impressive list of speakers. Some highlights include:
Jon M. Huntsman, Chairman & Founder of Huntsman Chemical
Isaac Larian, CEO & Founder of MGA Entertainment, Bratz Dolls
Florine Mark, President & CEO of The WW Group, Weight Watchers
Kevin Rollins, Former CEO of Dell, Senior Advisor of TPG Capital, L.P.
Bob Shapiro, Former CEO of The NutraSweet Co., Co-Founder of Sandbox Industries
In addition, entrepreneurs travel from all over the country to attend this event to learn about current trends in entrepreneurship and ways to better build a business from the ground up. The Forum concludes at the end of the day with an Idea Expo and Networking Reception where attendees can meet the speakers and panelists, interact with a diverse group of entrepreneurs and startup companies, and learn what it takes to take it to the next level and become a top entrepreneur.
