    Hi everyone
Instats is offering four separate 2-day multilevel modeling workshops by current and former associate editors and board members of premier management and other social science journals. If you or your colleagues/students would like to learn multilevel modeling from the best, including how to publish your multilevel research in top journals, please continue reading and sign up today!
The first multilevel modeling workshop is by professor Vicente Gonzalez-Roma: Introduction to Multilevel Modeling in SPSS and Mplus. This workshop will provide you with everything you need to know to start planning, conducting, and publishing your own multilevel research. As an added bonus, if you sign up for this seminar you also get free enrollment in a 2-day seminar on Multilevel SEM in Mplus.
The second multilevel modeling workshop is by professor Jonas Lang: Multilevel Modeling in R: Basic and Advanced Methods. If you're an R user, this workshop is a perfect introduction to the lme4 package along with key multilevel concepts and hands-on applications, giving you everything you need to plan, conduct, and publish your own multilevel research in top outlets. As an added bonus, if you sign up for this seminar you also get free enrollment in a 2-day seminar on Multilevel SEM in R.
The third multilevel modeling workshop is by me: Multilevel Location-Scale SEM: Group Variances as Controls, Moderators, and Indicators. This workshop will take you through more advanced applications of multilevel modeling, where we will treat within-group variation as a variable at the group level. By the conclusion of this workshop you'll have a solid understanding of how to properly account for dispersion within groups, allowing you to overcome concerns about within-group agreement (WGA) while testing new types of hypotheses about group emergence and other types of group processes. As an added bonus, if you sign up for this seminar you also get free enrollment in a 2-day seminar on Multilevel SEM in Mplus
The fourth is a multilevel modeling workshop by arguably the most famous living multilevel researcher, professor Stephen Raudenbush: Hierarchical Linear Models (HLM) and Multilevel Causal Inference. Professor Raudenbush literally wrote the book on the topic, and this is a unique opportunity to learn about multilevel and longitudinal data modeling from him. Don't miss out on being in a live session with professor Raudenbush to discuss multilevel research methods and causal inference!
With any questions, including about our group discounts with 5 or more people, please get in touch today -- and please forward this to any colleagues or students who you think might be interested!
