We would like to invite you to submit your research to the 7th International Family Business Research Forum (IFBRF) which will be hosted by Elias Hadjielias, Michael Christofi (hosts for 2024) and Andrea Calabrò (founder) and held at Cyprus University of Technology in Paphos (Cyprus) on October 29-31, 2024.
The IFRBF is a unique platform for developing family business research in a structured, stimulating, challenging and friendly environment (and of course within an inspiring context). Delegates can anticipate an enriching experience in Cyprus.
Join us for a captivating event featuring:
- A keynote address by Prof Alfredo De Massis on "Entrepreneurial families and transgenerational prosperity: Broadening our view in research and practice".
- A Panel Discussion on "Navigating the Intersection of Religion, Culture, and Family Entrepreneurship". Moderated by Prof Panikkos Poutziouris, this event will feature academic insights from Dr Allan Discua Cruz and a panel discussion with family managers.

We encourage international scholars – PhD students, young researchers as well as senior scholars – to submit their ideas and works in progress at different stages.

- June 15, 2024 – All submissions should be sent electronically to ifbrfcyprus@gmail.com
- June 30, 2024 – Accepted participants get written feedback (based on a blind-review process).
- July 30, 2024 – Scholars are invited to address/implement the suggestions and send a revised version.
