We are delighted to announce that the AOM Division will once again sponsor a Mid-Career Consortium during the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. This event is in-person at 9:00am - 12:00pm on Sat Aug 10 at Hyatt Regency room Skyway 272.
The Consortium is designed for ENT faculty members who attained tenure or equivalent on or before July 2024 and possess a minimum of five years of faculty experience. It will include panel discussions featuring senior faculty members, as well as break-out table sessions, providing mid-career faculty members with the opportunity to interact with each other and with the panel of senior faculty. This interactive session aims to foster meaningful discussions about the opportunities and challenges faced by scholars making the transition from junior to senior roles. Participants are encouraged to contribute questions or topics for discussion.
The 2024 Mid-Career Consortium will be co-chaired by Prof. Miriam Bird, Technical University of Munich, Germany & Prof. Stephen Zhang, University of Adelaide, Australia.
