    Dear Colleagues,

Join us for an engaging PDW at the AOM annual meeting in Chicago on the "AI Disruption of Entrepreneurship: A Setback or Breakthrough for Innovation? Research Incubator."

The rapid development of generative AI tools in the past 16-18 months presents both opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurship research, teaching, and practice and have left many of us with more questions than answers.

The goal of this PDW is threefold:

    1. Discuss the capabilities of emerging AI tools for research through an AI crash course and participate in an interactive research incubator session to see these tools in practice.
    2. Engage in a vibrant discussion with editors of leading entrepreneurship journals (and everyone attending) on the role of AI in entrepreneurship research.
    3. Start building a community of scholars interested in the topic!

So, stop by and share your fears or excitement about AI. This will be a great opportunity to think about "What's next for us as entrepreneurship scholars in the age of AI?"

Space is limited, so register now to secure your spot! More information about the workshop will follow as soon as the AOM program is available. In the meantime, you can pre-register here https://forms.gle/MZZJCdZfkRBPrSqi9.

    ETP Special Issue

Attending the PDW will also be an opportunity to meet with the guest editors of the recent ETP special issue on "Entrepreneurship ex machina: Transformative Artificial Intelligence for Theory and Practice." The goal of this special issue is to offer a fresh perspective on the impact of AI on entrepreneurship theory and practice.

The special issue welcomes research proposals until January 31, 2026, and full papers will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

For more information, please refer to the call for papers (https://www.entrepreneurship-ex-machina.org/) or on ET&P website.

We hope to see you at AOM!
