The 2024 West Coast Research Symposium (WCRS) will be hosted by the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR from September 12-13. The conference broadly focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation in technology-based settings, with a particular emphasis on the politics of technology and the relationships between technology and public policy.
The doctoral consortium will be held prior to the conference on the afternoon of September 11. The doctoral consortium is a great opportunity to engage with faculty from the sponsoring institutions (Stanford University, University of Alberta, University of California-Santa Barbara, University of Oregon, University of Southern California, and University of Washington), and receive feedback from these scholars on your research.
This year, the doctoral consortium will focus on students in the later stages of their PhD programs preparing for the job market.
