Attend this free webcast hosted by Jennifer Hall, Ph.D., co-author of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP)® assessment instrument, as she outlines how the entrepreneurial mindset is critical for driving growth and innovation in organizations.

Learn how the EMP offers students:

    • An opportunity to identify their unique strengths in entrepreneurial thought and behavior.
    • The ability to make thoughtful choices about their academic and career plans.
    • An exciting way to understand themselves better.

    Webinar Highlights:

Since the EMP provides scores on 14 scales which are compared to normative data from both entrepreneurs and corporate managers, it gives students an initial "benchmark" upon which they can measure themselves. In addition, it provides excellent resources for both leveraging their current entrepreneurial strengths and targeting areas for development.

    • Learn the special features of the EMP that will enhance your curriculum.
    • Understand how feedback on the EMP can help students take advantage of their current strengths as well as enhance their developmental areas.
    • Discuss resources to assist students with action planning.
    • Obtain one free administration of the EMP.

More About the Speaker: Jennifer Hall, Ph.D.

A licensed clinical psychologist and small business owner, Jen discovered many years ago a passion for working with individual leaders and leadership teams across a wide variety of industries, helping them to leverage their strengths, enhance their working relationships, and realize their potential.  Jen worked closely with colleagues Mark Davis and Pam Mayer to author the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP). Since its formal launch in 2013, she has been continually surprised and gratified by all the novel and interesting ways practitioners and educators have found to apply the EMP to help individuals and teams activate their latent capacity for entrepreneurial thinking and action.  Jen received her B.S. from Trinity College and her Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut.
