For my PhD thesis, I need the Ease of Doing Business "scores" from the year 2000. In the World Bank report, the scores are only available from 2015. Since the country rankings are assigned based on the scores, I believe scores must be available somewhere. 
Any suggestions on where to find the scores?

Hi Rozita,
I can think of two possibilities.
1. At least some of the Doing Business variables are included in the World Development Indicators databank.

2, The Fraser Institute's Economic Freedom of the World index uses many of the doing business indicators in its construction. They may their data publicly available here.
