The United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship Submission Deadline is October 15. The conference is looking for a mix of research papers, teaching exercises, entrepreneurship program development workshops and panel discussions.
This year's conference, to be held January 24 - 27, 2019 and now in its 34th year, will feature amazing papers, programs and exercises, but also Steve Blank, one of the creators of the modern lean startup method, Kevin Harrington, a serial entrepreneur and investor, and Marc Gruber, an Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Journal and author of a new book "Where to Play." In addition, Friday will feature a panel discussion of accomplished teachers and researchers including Candida Brush, Siri Terjesen, Jeff Hornsby and Kimberly Eddleston. USASBE is the foremost conference focused on entrepreneurship education. It will showcase innovative entrepreneurship research, teaching cases, teaching exercises and also create a forum for center directors and affiliates to present programs and ask for ideas. The program will be awesome and the conference will be held at St Pete Beach. Submitting something for the program is not required to attend.
