    Hi ENT colleagues,

following up from my previous post about diversity and inclusion in the ENT field, I'd like to draw you attention to work I'm doing with my colleague Prof. Paolo Gaudiano at Aleria. Funded by the Kauffman Foundation, we're building an agent-based simulation looking at the ways VC's and entrepreneurs interact in order to understand how/why there is continued underfunding of women and minority-owned startups. Collaboration in action: Researchers share Uncommon Methods and Metrics
As communities across the nation continue to adopt a new economic model that infuses entrepreneurship into their economies, a group of researchers is collaborating to develop new ways to measure these efforts. The Kauffman Foundation-funded Uncommon Methods and Metrics portfolio of researchers met recently to share progress on and their innovative approaches to measuring entrepreneurship.
