Seeking text book recommendations

I teach Entrepreneurship at Landmark College - where all of our students are neurodiverse.  I am seeking an easily accessible introductory textbook (good color coding for chapters, images, charts, well laid out) for an undergraduate Entrepreneurship course that is about assessing and learning from existing companies.  Not launching (I have materials for that) but instead, the nitty-gritty of operations, market development, feedback, and growth.  Plus some basic info. about the history and future of Entrepreneurship.  I teach Sustainable Entrepreneurship - so we use more of a social entrepreneurship model - looking deeply at supply chains, and management practices - though I can build that part myself if the text does not address it.  Do we have anything "open source" in entrepreneurship?  For example, I use Core for my econ. teachings: Home - CORE
