Many management scholars aim to do research that has significant practical as well as scholarly impact, combining managerial relevance with academic rigor. However, we often face tensions and barriers when pursuing both goals simultaneously. How can we effectively navigate these challenges to do research that is both scholarly and impactful? In this webinar, Marya Besharov, Professor of Organizations and Impact at the University of Oxford, will share insights from her research, her career journey, and her leadership of the Skoll Centre, which bridges research and practice to catalyze systemic change within and beyond business.
