    Webinar 2: Data-Driven Marketing Strategies in Tourism 

    Speakers: 

    • Giovanni Mauro, born in 1995 in Catanzaro, holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Pisa and an MSc in Data Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya – BarcelonaTech. He is a Research Fellow at Scuola Normale Superiore, a PhD candidate in the Italian National PhD in AI, a Research Associate at the KDD-Lab at ISTI-CNR, and collaborates with the Networks Research Unit at IMT Lucca. His research focuses on developing algorithms to analyze and predict human mobility patterns, including daily travel and housing relocation phenomena like segregation and gentrification. 
    • Tina Martino is the head of Strategic Marketing and Intelligence at Octo Telematics. She has 25+ years' service design, sales strategy, technical pre-sales and marketing experience in Telco, ICT, M2M and 'B2B web-based solutions' sectors, with a focus on innovation in business model and cutting edge Technologies.  
    • Susanna De Luca is a Senior Research Manager at BVA Doxa. She leads the Web Listening team and is the Head of VOX, an innovative Voice of the Experience product, based on analysis of unstructured data with AI and machine learning. With a PhD in Social Research Method and Sociology, she bridges traditional and digital research, integrating qualitative and quantitative approaches. Susanna manages a team of experts, including data scientists, analysts, and researchers, providing deep insights into consumer behavior.
