    The Management and Organizational Development (MOD) Group within the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston is seeking to hire a senior faculty member (tenured associate or full professor level) with a proven research and teaching track record focused on leadership. This might include, but is not limited to, scholars engaged in impactful research related to leadership topics, such as executive leadership, leadership with emerging technologies, leadership and innovation, leadership in global virtual/hybrid work contexts, leadership in diverse and/or multicultural organizations, women's and racial minorities' leadership, and other human-centric leadership work.

    Qualifications

    Candidates are required to hold a doctorate in Management or a related field by the start date. Candidates are required to have a significant research record, strong teaching performance, and leadership potential. Candidates must have backgrounds in or commitment to working with diverse student populations and/or in culturally diverse work and educational environments.
