    The Entrepreneurship Department at IESE Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions (Assistant, experienced Assistant) to begin in September 2025. We will accept applications on a rolling basis until October 5, 2024.  We are particularly interested in candidates with an academic focus in Entrepreneurship or Innovation, welcoming a variety of disciplinary and methodological approaches.

    The Entrepreneurship Department is one of 10 departments within IESE. Faculty members of the department have published in leading academic and practitioner-oriented outlets including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, among others.     Qualification

    A Ph.D. in Management or related field is required (expected completion date: September 1st 2025). Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and the potential to teach in a dynamic multicultural environment. We seek applicants that are motivated by our tradition of high-impact academic research and direct impact to management practice.
