TENURE TRACK ASSISTANT PROFESSOR POSITION

Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management is seeking applicants for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. We expect the selected individual to join the faculty for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Entrepreneurship is a central pillar of the strategic plans of both Syracuse University and the Whitman School as demonstrated by the presence of the standalone academic Department of Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises (EEE). The EEE Department offers degree programs in entrepreneurship at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Its educational programs and research productivity are consistently ranked among the best in the United States, including recently being ranked #2 globally in the TCU Entrepreneurship Research Productivity rankings. EEE faculty are highly research active and publish regularly in leading journals in entrepreneurship, management, and related disciplines. The Department comprises eleven tenure-track research active faculty members, as well as a number of highly engaged Professor of Practice, and an active program of seminars and visitors. This represents one of the strongest entrepreneurship research environments in the world. Members of the current faculty include Cristiano Bellavitis, Suho Han, Mike Haynie, David Lucas, Alex McKelvie, Maria Minniti, Arielle Newman, David Park, Paul Momtaz, Minet Schindehutte, and Johan Wiklund.
