Dear colleagues,
We are hiring for multiple positions at NEOMA Business School!
Among the many tasks I have as the Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at NEOMA Business School, one of the most exciting and rewarding remains faculty recruitment. I get to showcase all the excellent work we have done to build a great environment for scholars – at any level, junior or not – who want to publish academically excellent, impactful research (for ex., see our Areas of Excellence, https://lnkd.in/eJgu7EMQ) and attract outstanding researchers eager to join us in this environment and experience the high quality of life that France can offer.
After four years of doing this, our project and vision led me to hire more than 80 faculty school-wide across all disciplines, and I am proud to say that we are NOT showing any sign of slowing down. So, here we go again! :-)
See below for full information (or see our AoM ad here: https://jobs.aom.org/jobs/20292274/multiple-faculty-positions-all-ranks-in-strategy-entrepreneurship-ob-ot-and-information-systems).
And if you are at AoM, I will be there to interview – I look forward to seeing you there!
Best, Fabio

Multiple faculty positions (all ranks) in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, OB, OT and Information Systems
About the positions
Thanks to our strong and continuous growth at NEOMA Business School, we seek to hire multiple full-time, permanent faculty members in strategy, entrepreneurship, OB, OT, and information systems.
This is a fantastic time for a researcher to join our school. We have launched new, multidisciplinary research areas (the Areas of Excellence - see https://neoma-bs.com/faculty-and-research/research/centres-of-expertise-chairs-institutes) that are catalyzing our research about timely, impactful topics for business and society, such as the future of work, artificial intelligence (AI) and data science, the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (including diversity and sustainability, among others), and complexity (seen as an opportunity rather than a threat). These Areas provide resources – in terms of people (i.e., RAs, postdocs, and data scientists) and financial support – to our faculty working around such topics. Thus, while we will consider all high-quality candidates, those with expertise within these domains will be well-received.
In addition to the resources available through the Areas, we provide a full range of research support, including – among others – an individual annual budget for conferences and other research expenses, two experimental behavioral labs, an internal copyeditor, and a unit dedicated to grant development.
The compensation package is consistent with international standards (with the addition of very generous bonuses linked to one's publications). We also provide support for administrative procedures related to settlement in France and assistance in finding accommodation, family integration (school registration for children, help with job search for your partner), French training (for you and your partner), and relocation expenses.
About the candidates
We are looking for dynamic, high-potential candidates who:
· Hold a PhD from an internationally recognized institution (or are close to completing it)
· Have a publication record (or strong publication potential) in top international peer-reviewed journals, including journals ranked by Financial Times 50, AJG CABS-UK, and FNEGE-France.
· Are passionate about impactful research and are committed to excellence in its pursuit
· Are eager to diffuse their knowledge in the classroom, empowering our students and executives with new insights to help them navigate a complex and uncertain world
· Can leverage innovative pedagogy to deliver high-quality classes in English (while it is a plus, knowledge of French is not required)
· Are willing to disseminate research and expertise to our external stakeholders, both locally and globally
· Have a proactive and collegial attitude toward their colleagues, their department, and the school
· Look forward to actively participating in developing and implementing the school's strategy
