We are excited to invite you to a roundtable discussion hosted by Babson College's Diana International Research Institute. This session will focus on the topic of Family Entrepreneurship and the Transgenerational Leadership of Women, featuring Dr. Pramodita (Dita) Sharma, University of Vermont's Distinguished Professor and Schlesinger-Grossman Chair of Family Business at the Grossman School of Business.

Among the highest cited scholars in family business studies, Dr. Sharma's research on succession, governance, innovation, next generation commitment, entrepreneurial leadership and sustainability in/by family enterprises has appeared in numerous top journals. She has co-authored eleven books including the SAGE Handbook of Family Business, Entrepreneurs in Every Generation & Patient Capital: The Role of Family Firms in Sustainable Business and Pioneering Business Families of Sustainable Development.
Dita served as the editor of Family Business Review from 2008-2017 and co-founded the Family Enterprise Research Conference (FERC) and the Schlesinger Global Family Enterprise Case Competition (SG-FECC).
