The Academy of Management (AOM) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Division is committed to fostering global research and engagement. We recognize that scholars from underrepresented regions may face barriers that prevent in-person attendance at AOM. Hence, we are thrilled to announce the DEI AOM Conference Scholarships (DACS), designed to support our members from underrepresented regions worldwide!
To qualify, you must:
1. Be a current DEI Division member or pledge membership if selected.
2. Reside and work in an eligible region.
3. Submit a full paper by December 11, 2024 (coming soon!) for potential presentation.
4. Have institutional permission to attend AOM 2025.
5. Require financial support to make the trip.

Selected scholars will:
- Receive funding support for essential travel expenses.
- Present in a DEI Division symposium.
- Be recognized at the DEI conference events!
