Hello from Iowa State University!
We've extended the call for proposal deadline for the 2025 USASBE Rural Entrepreneurship Symposium.
Consider submitting an extended abstract by May 1. Tracks for this year's symposium include
* Research in Rural Entrepreneurship
* Teaching Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas
* Innovative Programming in Rural Entrepreneurship
* Entrepreneurship in Rural Industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Technology
Register for the symposium by June 1
This year's event will immerse you in rural retail, manufacturing, and tourism innovation in the Midwest, and it's being held at one of the nation's most innovative universities.
Join us the evening of July 8 to enjoy tours of the university's entrepreneurship educational opportunities and an alumni entrepreneur showcase.
You'll then spend the following three days engaged in presentations and networking for part of the day with each evening featuring a unique rural tourism site visit. You can explore Iowa's railways, enjoy a farm-to-table dinner, visit a local winery, and participate in other rural tourism-based opportunities.
Check out the schedule to learn more about the opportunities at this year's symposium!
